No legal binding transaction arises solely from submitting our quote form. An official business arrangement only starts when a physical quote has been signed and the initial deposit invoice has been executed.
5. Payment Formats & Canadian Dollars
All prices displayed in our package outlines represent estimations in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Sourcing assignments outside of Ontario may experience separate provincial shipping rates or localized sales tax (HST) structures.
6. Cancellations & Tailored Crafting Rules
Once custom craft orders have been confirmed and active manufacturing has started with our artisan units, cancellations or extensive adjustments may incur specialized fees depending on processing stages.
7. Buyer's Obligations
You agree to supply correct, active phone structures and email information within our system to avoid delivery confusion or logistical processing errors.
8. Intellectual Properties
All photos, logo graphics, design layouts, and technical code used on this platform belong entirely to Primex Interesting Inc. and its original creators. Replica reuse is strictly regulated.

10. No Warranty ('As Is' Principles)
